Making Muffins

Today we made Muffins at Tech and had lots of fun. It was my first time cooking or in this case Baking. The ingredients were simple and easy to mix. 

INGREDIENTS

1 and 1/2 Cups of S.R. Flour.
1/2 Cup of Cocoa.
1/2 Cup of Sugar.
1/2 Cup of Milk.
1 Egg.
1/2 Cup of Oil.
2 Table Spoon of yoghurt.

STEPS
Step 1 - Get 1 Cup of S.R. Flour and put it in a big bowl.
Step 2 - Add another 1/2 Cup of S.R. Flour to the bowl.
Step 3 - Add 1/2 Cup of cocoa to the mix.
Step 4 - And carefully add 1/2 Cup of Sugar because if it spills then ants may come to your kitchen.
Step 5 - Add 1/2 Cup of Milk to a container for wet ingredients, add the egg to the bowl.
Step 6 - Add 1/2 cup of Oil to the bowl.
Step 7 -  Add 2 Tbsp of yoghurt and you are done with your ingredients.
Step 8-Mix everything in the bowl until you can only see the brown part and not any eggs or flour.
-Put Muffin linings on a tray.
- Carefully pour your brown paste into muffin linings.
Step 9 - Put the tray in an oven at 180° for 20min.
Step 10 - Carefully take your muffins out and Enjoy!!.
