It is way better being the youngest kid

It is way better to be the youngest kid because you never get the blame, you have more freedom and you know all the cool stuff before your friends.

Firstly, Your older sibling always gets the blame. Your older sibling always gets the blame because they're meant to be older and wise.For Example, Whenever I break something my brother gets the blame since he is supposed to “look after me”.

Secondly, You get all the freedom.Your older sibling is the more important kid since he is older and has more responsibility like buying a car, choosing a university etc. so your parents focus on the other kid so they let you do anything.For example, My brother wasn’t able to go out of house on his own until he was 13 but I was allowed to go out of house on my own when I was 10 since my parents were focusing on my brother.

Finally, You get to know all the stuff before your friends.Your older sibling tells you his school stories and you know everything before your friends.For example, my brother told me about his high school and then know I know lots about high school before my friend.

So, now you know that being the youngest sibling is the best.

Malaga Careeer Speakers

Yesterday, we had 3 speakers who gave us advice about us and our career. All of them were family to Team 5 Leader, MS. Tele'a. At first, Jason Young came here and told us how when he grew up in PES everything was different and how we nowadays have chromebooks and other stuff to help our learning. He also told us that if we get injured we just need to be strong for a few days and then you will start to feel better. He was a builder and gave us life tips.

After that we had Fiona Bakulich, Mrs. Tele'a's sister came. She is a Funeral Director. She is very caring for dead people and helps their family on tough situations.She also worked in a show called THE CASKETEERS and she was famous.

Mince Gravy with Potato Salad

STEPS

STEP 1 - Boil the potato until it is cooked.

STEP 2 - Fry the mince with onion add 1 cup of Bisto and flour.

STEP 3 - Serve with potato salad.

My trip to KPMG

Today the year 7 & 8 extension group along with others went to KPMG. We learnt lots about marine biology and we even had a fun activity at the end in which we were given some every-day objects and we had to make a robot using it. The robot just had to be decorated and not functional as we had to think of a use for the robot. The food was also very good like always and I had lots of fun. And thanks to KPMG for letting us have lots of fun and also being one of the main manaiakalani sponsors.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Onion

Chicken

Butter Chicken sauce

STEPS

Step 1 - Dice the onion,Chicken.

Step 2 - Fry until it is cooked.

Step 3 - Add butter chicken sauce, spices, cream.

Step 4 - Stir for 10 mins and serve with rice.

Mince Wrap

INGREDIENTS

1 Onion
Mince
Flour
Hot Water
Pastry

STEPS

STEP 1 - Dice the onion and fry it with mince until it is cooked.

STEP 2 - Add 2 tbsp of flour and 1/2 cup of hot water stir for 5 minutes and take it off the heat.

STEP 3 - Cut the pastry into 4 equal pieces.

STEP 4 - Fill up the bottom sheet with mince.

STEP 5 - Close up with the top sheet and seal all the edges with fork.

STEP 6 - Bake for 20 minutes.
