Sup Quiches

Step 1 - Whisk 4 eggs with 1 cup of milk.
Step 2 - Dice the Ham
Step 3 - Add Cheese
           - Line up the pastry into the muffin tray
Step 4 - Tin and bake  180C for 200 mins
