Chocolate Bar Share
We have three share of chocolates - 1/3, 2/5 and 3/7. We have to figure out which one of them is the biggest. By using the prime factorisation method we can see that their LCM is 105. So the equivalent fraction of 1/3 with the denominator being 105 is 35/105. The equivalent fraction of 2/5 with the denominator being 105 is 42/105 and the equivalent fraction of 3/7 with the denominator being 105 is 45/105. 35/105 < 42/105 < 45/105. The biggest fraction out of these is 45/105 or 3/7.
